Edinburgh Fringe Festival show poster & branding

This was a poster and branding for an Edinburgh Fringe Festival show about the meaning of life.

Over the years, I have designed numerous album covers and posters for bands and musicians, as well as writing press releases and producing social media marketing. I’ve also designed various campaigns for touring theatre and comedy productions and shows.

The challenge was to create eye-catching and standout branding that told the story of the show to potential audiences, in the world’s biggest arts festival which hosts thousands of productions.

I felt that the image of the globe and the boldness of the graphics captured the absurdity and confrontational tone of the title, and hinted at the philosophical and psychedelic content of the show.

I also wrote the press release and provided social media marketing. The show played to packed houses for the 19 date run, and was subsequently released on CD.
